This depends, to a great extent, on when you are planning your visit, as there are certain periods during the year when the centre is very busy and queues are likely to form early in the morning, particularly at weekends and holidays when snow conditions are good. To alleviate queues we open both the ticket office and ski hire earlier during these periods.
The ticket office opens each day at 9am, however at weekends and holidays it opens at 8.30am, similarly ski hire opens at 8.30am normally, and opens at 8am during weekends and holidays. It is advisable to arrive between 08.00 and 09.00 during busy periods, however at all other times you will receive a high standard of service no matter what time you choose to arrive.

The workshop is open daily from 08.30, 08.00 at weekends and holidays, however we suggest you arrive early at weekends and peak periods to avoid the queues!! Equipment can only be reserved when booking packages with the Ski and Board School .
When hiring equipment customers are required to leave a deposit, in the form of a passport, cash or the details of a credit card, or £100 cheque card. This is merely a safeguard in the event that hire equipment is not returned at the end of the hire period.
